Pre-orders

The Silk Sleep Mask is currently offered as a pre-order and we do not yet hold finished stock. When you place a pre-order we will email you a confirmed dispatch date before your order ships. You may cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, no questions asked.

Delivery estimates once shipped

Australia: 3-7 business days. International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination. International checkout is currently available for the destinations shown in Stripe Checkout.

Shipping costs

Free shipping currently applies to the A$59 Silk Sleep Mask pre-order. Any future shipping rates for other products will be shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays

Occasionally shipments are delayed by circumstances outside our control, including customs, courier delays and public holidays. We will keep you informed if this happens, and your right to cancel before dispatch always stands.
