Pre-orders

Products on this site are currently sold as pre-orders. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee a dispatch date until we confirm one with you by email. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Products

We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee your device's display of colour will be accurate. Some imagery on this site is illustrative while final production photography is being prepared.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed through Stripe. The checkout amount is shown before payment. Any discount code we offer is subject to its stated conditions and expiry date.

Product use

Our products are general consumer goods, not medical devices, and no therapeutic claim is made about them. If you have an existing eye or health condition, consult a qualified practitioner before use.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
